Chair - Brad Ross - Savills (Australia) Pty Limited - Licensed Valuer

Brad graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce with Majors in Property & Finance in 2003. He has been working in the valuation industry since 2002 and is currently working as a Licensed Valuer for Savills. Brad is the current Chair of the YPP and enjoys long walks on the beach.

Annie Mitchell - Colliers International (WA) Pty Ltd - Executive Industrial Sales & Leasing

Formerly an accountant Annie commenced her property career in Melbourne in sales and has been involved in industrial, commercial and retail sites as well as new developments and englobo land sale campaigns. On her return to WA Annie worked for Colliers International as an Executive Industrial Sales & Leasing consultant however recently moved to Taggart Property Developments where she deals with commercial and residential developments. She has a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance and is currently completing her Master of Property.

Todd Schaffer - Knight Frank - Trainee Valuer

Mr Schaffer has been working as a trainee valuer at Knight Frank for the past 15 months, concentrating in commercial property. He graduated from Notre Dame University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Marketing, part of his studying was taken abroad at Boston University. Todd is now furthering his studies at Curtin University with a Masters of Property. In his spare time, he sits on the committee of the University Football Club.

Conor Hemsley - Self Employed Property Consultant

With three years experience in valuations with the CBD based commercial agency and consultancy company Burgess Rawson as a Trainee and Licensed Valuer, Conor started her own property company. The project management and development company is still in its formative stages. Conor holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Property from Curtin University, is a Licensed Valuer and an Associate Member of the API with CPV Status. Conor has been a member of the YPP Committee since 2004 and currently acts as the committee’s secretary.

Farah Pourzand - Knight Frank - Investment Property Manager

Farah Pourzand joined Knight Frank in 2006 as an Investment Property Manager and currently manages a diverse commercial portfolio located throughout the metropolitan area.  Prior to Knight Frank Farah was the Office Manager at Subiaco Business Centre and gained extensive experience in leasing serviced office space.  Farah has completed a Commerce degree at Curtin University majoring in Property & Marketing.

Rebecca Nowrojee - Multiplex Developments Australia Pty Ltd - Assistant Development Manager

Rebecca started her career in property as a Graduate Valuer before joining Multiplex in mid-2006 as a Development Analyst. She has recently assumed a new role as an Assistant Development Manager working in the Multi-Residential Developments division. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Curtin University, majoring in Property and Finance.
