Jonathan has a bachelors degree in Property and Finance from Curtin University. He has been at Knight Frank for 4 years and worked as a Property Analyst in the Commercial Sales Department before moving into his current role as Graduate Valuer.

Kirsty Norquay
Kirsty is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute, a Certified Practising Valuer and Licensed Valuer No. 44458 in WA. Kirsty commenced working in the property industry at Garmony Property Consultants in 2006 as an Assistant Valuer whilst completing her Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property and Marketing in 2007 at Curtin University of Technology and further a Graduate Certificate in Property Valuation in 2008. Kirsty obtained her Land Valuers License in 2009 and joined the Young Property Professional’s Committee in 2010.

Paulyn Chew
Paulyn joined Twin Ocean Property in 2011 as a Property Analyst. Her qualification include a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) degree and she is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV). Paulyn began her career in valuations with DTZ and Landgate (Valuer General’s Office) before joining the acquisition team at Twin Ocean Property.
